Walford Hall is available for hire when it is not being used by the Association. The hall measures 20M X 7.5M (65ft x 25ft) and has a stage at one end. There are male and female toilets plus a separate accessible one, and a kitchen in which food and drink can be prepared. (No alcoholic beverages allowed).
Bookings can take place between 9.00 and 21.30 and the minimum hire period is 2 hours for 6 or more dates.
Monday - Thursday £12.00 per hour + VAT
Friday - Sunday £15.00 per hour + VAT.
Discounts apply to quantity bookings, such as quarterly block bookings. These prices are under review at present and will be increasing in the near future due to increased running costs.
We request that all booking charges are paid in advance. A deposit of £100 is payable (refundable subject to terms of contract) this is because we wish to maintain our quality service to our vision impaired clients.
